Weight Loss Needs Adaptation Process

For normal person, lose weight is as simple as cutting calories intake. If (normally) you eat 2,300-2,600 calories daily, probably you think you will lose some pounds by eating less. Some people make drastic changes, they eat less than 1,500 calories per day! It is normal? Of course not. It is effective? No.

If you do not agree with my statement, please continue reading. Yeah, you will lose up to five pounds in the next two days (after you begin this absurd change) but you will never lose more pounds in the next few weeks or months. The reason is simple, because you DID NOT lose fats but you lost your muscle tissue and your body water.

Our body needs adaptation process. So if you often eat lots of foods then one day you change it drastically, you will surprise your own body. When you consume low calories foods, your muscle tissue will spread a lot of glycogen and also a lot of water. So in the end, you lose pounds because you lose these glycogen and water. That's all. When you start eating normally again, your body will reproduce the glycogen and water. This is the problem.

Now how to eat properly? Simple. You must eat foods with the right proportion (40% carbohydrate, 40% protein, and 20% fat). You can also eat lesser than usual per meal but you need to change slowly. Take an example from evolution process. You must change your habit slowly, do not take any drastic change in one night. It won't help. If you smart, you can even still eat more than 4,000 calories per day but you will still lose weight. Of course all of these things need time and dedication. You must "guide" your body to follow your direction slowly. Don't surprise your own body.

The first rule as believed by those who are beginners in the field of fitness, is to leave the food you love the most. Well for most not so slim people, its food like processed cheese, pizza, chicken, beef etc. Its not easy to leave what you love. Yet its easier to balance the things you love along with what is nutritious. When a nutrition schedule is drawn for you, make sure you know what is in and what is out. If its meat and eggs all week long, its way too much fat! If its too much sparrow food, then its worse. Weight loss requires a smarter plan than that.

A person needs something way too desperately then he has to sacrifice the food he loves to eat. If he is strong willed then it is a piece of cake for him to let go of his cravings. Some can eat anything and everything they want and still look lean, while others are just not that lucky. Depending on your body structure and metabolism, you have to decide which meal and what exercise is essential for you.

Unfortunately for over weight people, no matter how much they try losing weight it seems like they are pushing the Himalayas. Scary but true! Its wise not to even mirror them. Its not worth a call! You set some standards for yourself. Give either a 100 percent or even lesser, but make sure whatever you do, you stick to your word, i.e. to lose as much weight as possible. Each week, is a new week and surely a brighter one.

You need regular fitness and not a body like Hitman, then its better to have an average percentage of what is known as compliance. Compliance in layman's term means fulfillment, observance, conformity etc. Compliance in fitness means what you should adhere to and what you should avoid.

There is a theory which was suggested by one of the fitness gurus. He said, "If you eat 5 small means a day, you eat about 35 meals a week. Around 32 meals are adhered to." This in turn means that you can have 3 or maximum 4 such parties or occasions which you can make merry in.

You can be in any one of the following scenarios, a) someone who wants to lose a few inches on the waistline and look decent, or b) someone who wants a perfect 36-24-36 kind of a figure. If its scenario A then having a compliance of 100% is sheer madness. On the other hand if you wish to be scenario B then you better slog night and day. Forget you ever loved mommy's cheese cake or thanksgivings turkey. You have to keep in mind that every time you sneak and have a small piece of cake from the fridge, you not only deceive yourself but lose the chances of losing calories.

On a more serious note, eat and eat to your heart's content. It could be a chocolate brownie or just an ice cream. Just remember to count the calories, but they hatch up to your muscles, thighs and tummy.

So, why am I posting videos for the hcg ? I noticed that pretty much everyone who has already documented their success on the protocol had loss goals of 40 lbs or more, I haven't seen any from people wanting to get into "beach condition" and just wanting to lose 10-20 lbs to look good in their teenie weenie bikini - but the good doctor says it'll work for that too.

Patients who need to lose 15 pounds (7 kg.) or less require 26 days treatment with 23 daily injections. The extra three days are needed because all patients must continue the 500-calorie diet for three days after the last injection. This is a very essential part of the treatment, because if they start eating normally as long as there is even a trace of hCG in their body they put on weight alarmingly at the end of the treatment. After three days when all the hCG has been eliminated this does not happen, because the blood is then no longer saturated with food and can thus accommodate an extra influx from the intestines without increasing its volume by retaining water.

We never give a treatment lasting less than 26 days, even in patients needing to lose only 5 pounds. It seems that even in the mildest cases of obesity the diencephalon requires about three weeks rest from the maximal exertion to which it has been previously subjected in order to regain fully its normal fat-banking capacity. Clinically this expresses itself, in the fact that, when in these mild cases, treatment is stopped as soon as the weight is normal, which may be achieved in a week, it is much more easily regained than after a full course of 23 injections.

As soon as such patients have lost all their abnormal superfluous fat, they at once begin to feel ravenously hungry with continued injections. This is because hCG only puts abnormal fat into circulation and cannot, in the doses used, liberate normal fat deposits; indeed, it seems to prevent their consumption. As soon as their statistically normal weight is reached, these patients are put on 800-1000 calories for the rest of the treatment. The diet is arranged in such a way that the weight remains perfectly stationary and is thus continued for three days after the 23rd injection. Only then are the patients free to eat anything they please except sugar and starches for the next three weeks.
